To select an organization to install a chemical water treatment plant with a capacity of 65 t/h, with a water hardness control device,
with turnkey installation and commissioning for the year 2023.

Tender organizer: JSC "BIOKIMYO".
Bid purpose: Selection of organization for installation of chemical water treatment plant with capacity of 65 t/h, with water hardness control device, with installation and commissioning works on a turnkey basis for 2023.
Requirements for bidders in the tender:
- must be registered as defined by law.
- must have a license, patent (in case of licensing of relevant activities) in accordance with the state standard with indication of the required validity period;
- must have the necessary professional knowledge, qualifications, and other material capabilities according to the tender documentation, experience, positive reputation, have the necessary labor resources to fulfill the terms of the contract to perform the service of technical areas;
- must fulfill in full in accordance with the "Technical Assignment" (Annex 1 to the announcement)
- must not have debts on payment of taxes to budgets of all levels;
- must not be insolvent, be in the process of liquidation, be recognized as insolvent (bankrupt);
- an organization, a private entrepreneur whose property is seized and (or) whose economic activity is suspended cannot be a participant of the tender.
The competitive bid shall contain the documents specified in the tender documentation (Appendix No. 2 to the announcement):
The deadline for submission of bidding documents is 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement.
Bids will be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria in accordance with the tender documentation (Annex No. 2) attached at https://xt-xarid.uz/.
Tender deadline: Within 10 days after the last deadline for submission of tender documents.
