ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION FOR SELECTING AN AUDIT OR CONSULTING ORGANIZATION FOR TRANSFORMING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS INTO IFRS FORMAT 

Type of service: Transformation of the company's financial statements into IFRS format, prepared in accordance with NAS.

Financial reporting period to be transformed: 2019.

Auditing or consulting organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

-  have experience in the provision of services for at least 3 years and do not have negative feedback from enterprises.

The tender proposal is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the documents specified in the tender documentation (Appendix No. 1 to the announcement). The full version of the tender documentation is posted on the public services portal : https://exarid.uzex.uz/ .

Bids will be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria in accordance with (Appendix No. 2) posted on the public services portal : https://exarid.uzex.uz/ .

The deadline for submitting competitive documents is 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement .

Tender term : Within 10 days after the last deadline for submitting tender documents.

qualification documents

1. Application for participation in the tender addressed to the chairman of the procurement commission (form No. 1).
2. Copies of documents for the provision of services, certificate of registration and whether a license with an insurance policy .
3. Copies of qualification certificates of auditors and specialists.
4. Copies of certificates of training centers of republican professional associations of auditors, confirming that the auditor has completed a refresher course, including in accordance with International Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.
5. A copy of documents confirming the availability of practical experience in transforming financial statements and conducting audits in accordance with international auditing standards.
6. Letter of guarantee according to form No. 2 to this tender documentation.
7. General information about the participant of the tender according to the form No. 3 to this tender documentation.
8. If it is impossible for the head of the organization (company) to attend the competition, you must provide a power of attorney ( form No. 4 ) addressed to the competent representative.

a) submission of tender documents;

b) attendance at meetings of the procurement commission;

c) clarification of questions regarding the technical and price part of the tender proposal, as well as other issues.
