on the competition for the selection of candidates

 for the position of head and deputy heads of the executive body

JSC “BIOKIMYO”

            In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and the Protection of Shareholders' Rights”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan PKM-356 dated 04/26/2019, “On measures to further improve the system of managing state assets”, the Corporate Governance Code, the Charter of the Company and the Rules of Procedure on the organization and conduct of a competition for the head and deputy heads in the executive body of BIOKIMYO JSC, approved by the protocol of the Supervisory Board of June 27, 2019, BIOKIMYO JSC announces competitive selection of candidates for the position of head and deputy heads of the executive body, that is:

- Chairman of the Board

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as citizens of foreign countries are invited to participate in the tender.

            Qualification criteria:

            Higher education in the relevant specialty.

            Work experience in the relevant field, at least 3 years.

            Work experience at the enterprises of production of alcohol not less than 5 years at different administrative special positions.

            Age of up to 65 years.

            Knowledge of legislation, legal documents and international requirements concerning the alcohol industry.

            To participate in the tender, it must be submitted the following documents:

- Handwritten application;

- Autobiography (in detail)

- Documents confirming professional education, work experience and qualification, certificates;

- Copy of the employment record book;

- Contact details;

- Photo 3x4- 4 PCs;

The deadline for submitting tender documents is 20 days from the date of publication of this announcement.         

The duration of the tender -within 5 working days after received offers.

Proposals and data of candidates for participation in the competition are provided in a sealed envelope, with an application on the outside of the envelope application for participation in the competition.
