In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 24, 2015 No. UP-4720 "On measures to introduce modern methods of corporate governance in joint-stock companies", the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders 'Rights", the Corporate Governance Code, the Company's Charter and the Regulations for the selection of candidates for the head of the executive body of JSC BIOKIMYO, approved by the minutes of the Supervisory Board dated December 29, 2015, JSC BIOKIMYO announces a competitive selection of candidates for the Chairman of the Management Board.

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as citizens of foreign countries are invited to participate in the competition.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in the relevant specialty.

Work experience in the relevant field.

Work experience in alcohol production enterprises for at least 5 years in various special management positions.

Age up to 60 years.

Knowledge of legislation, knowledge of regulatory documents and international requirements related to the alcohol industry.

To participate in the competitions, the following documents must be submitted::

- A handwritten statement;

- Autobiography (in detail))

- A copy of your passport;

- Documents confirming professional education, work experience and qualifications, certificates;

- A copy of the employment record;

- Copies of INN and INPS;

- Contact details;

- Photo 3x4-4 pcs;

The deadline for submission of tender documents is 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement until May 10, 2018.

The term of the competition is within 3 working days after the received offers.
