on the implementation of patronage and impartial assistance

By the decision of the Supervisory Board of JSC "BIOKIMYO" dated March 17, 2017 No. 12

- To adopt the resolutions of the Board of Directors of JSC "Azvinosanoat-Holding" dated March 14, 2017, No. 16 and to organize high-level republican competitions of sports competitions "Barkmol Avlod-2017" in Jizzakh. To approve the transfer of 15.0 (fifteen) million soums in the form of sponsorship to the account of JSC "Uzvinosanoat-Holding" specified in the declaration in order to prepare all these facilities in accordance with modern requirements.

- To accept the information of the Yangiyul District Branch of the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan dated March 9, 2017 No. 16 and to provide a grant of 1.0 mln.

- To accept the letter of the Yangiyul district branch of the Society of the Disabled of Uzbekistan dated March 3, 2017 No. 30 for information and to approve the allocation of sponsorship of 1.0 (one) million soums for the provision of material assistance and consumer goods to low-income disabled people.

In order to ensure the implementation of these decisions, JSC "BIOKIMYO":

- On March 23, 2017, with the payment order No. 589, 1 (one) million soums of sponsorship was transferred to the account number of the Yangiyul district branch of the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan.

- On March 23, 2017, with the payment order No. 590, 1 (one) million soums of sponsorship was transferred to the account number of the Yangiyul district branch of the Society of the Disabled of Uzbekistan.

- On March 23, 2017, with the payment order No. 591 to the account of JSC "Uzvinosanoat-Holding" in the amount of 15 (fifteen) million soums sponsored by the organization of the republican stage of sports competitions "Barkmol Avlod-2017" in Jizzakh. and in order to prepare all the facilities that serve the participants of the competition in accordance with modern requirements.
