3. Early termination of powers of a member of the supervisory board of the company from JSC "FOYKON" Ishkabilov Furkat Jamalovich.
4. By-election to the Supervisory Board of JSC “BIOKIMYO”.
5. Appointment of candidates for the position of head and deputy heads in the executive body of JSC "BIOKIMYO"   

Registration of shareholders begins at 09:00 on September 27, 2019.
