ANNOUNCES THE COMPETITION

BY SELECTING AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION

FOR CONDUCTING AN ASSESSMENT OF THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM  

Type of independent appraisal services: Conducting an independent appraisal of the corporate governance system of a joint stock company.

Independently assessed period: 2016.

Independent appraisal organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

-         with experience in the field of corporate governance;

-         possessing certificates of training in corporate governance and the securities market;

-         having a qualification certificate of a corporate manager of the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance.

The tender proposal is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the following documents:

-         Brief information about the independent appraisal organization:

-         Letter of application from an independent appraisal organization;

-         Information about the qualifications of the main experts who will conduct the assessment;

-         The procedure and timing of the assessment;

-         Commercial offer on the cost of the services provided;

-         Draft contract for the provision of independent appraisal services. 

The deadline for submitting competitive documents is 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Tender term : Within 2 and 3 days after the proposals received from independent appraisal organizations.

The day of the competitive selection will be announced by the public in a separate letter .

The competition is open to authorized representatives of independent appraisal organizations.

Commercial offers for participation in the competition are accepted at:
