1. Approval of the regulations of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC “BIOKIMYO”.

2. Confirmation of the candidacy of Umarov Sardorbek Mamasharifovich as a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “BIOKIMYO”.

1. Approval of the new edition of the Articles of Association of BIOKIMYO JSC.

4. Approval of the new version of the Regulation “On the General Meeting of JSC“ BIOKIMYO ”.

5. Approval of the new version of the Regulation “On the Supervisory Board of JSC BIOKIMYO”.

6. Approval of the new edition of the Regulation “On the Management Board of BIOKIMYO JSC”.

7. Approval of the new organizational structure of JSC “BIOKIMYO”.

8. Confirmation of decisions taken at the general meeting of shareholders dated May 15, 2018 by BIOKIMYO JSC.

Registration of shareholders begins at 9:00 am on June 26, 2018.

For registration, it is necessary to present an identity document (passport), the representative of the shareholder must - a notarized power of attorney.
