According to the decisions of the General Meetings of Shareholders of BIOKIMYO JSC, dividends for 2015 and 2016 were accrued and paid in full and on time.

The form of payment of dividends was carried out by transferring funds to a bank account and by transferring funds to a plastic card.

Dividends for 2015 and 2016 were sent by postal order to the addresses. Dividends unclaimed by shareholders were returned by mail to the bank account of JSC BIOKIMYO, indicating the reason for the return ( absence of the addressee or with the death of the shareholder ).

JSC " BIOKIMYO" continues to pay unclaimed dividends.

In this regard, the administration of BIOKIMYO JSC, in order to organize the payment of dividends, has published a list of shareholders for unclaimed dividends and asks you (or your successors) to contact the administration for information.
