ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION

AT THE CHOICE OF AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION

TO CONDUCT AN ASSESSMENT OF THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM

Type of independent evaluation services: Conducting an independent evaluation of the corporate governance system of a joint-stock company.

Period to be independently evaluated: 2016.

Independent evaluation organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

- have experience in the field of corporate governance;

- have certificates of training in corporate governance and the securities market;

- having the qualification certificate of the corporate manager of the Scientific and Educational Center of Corporate Governance.

The tender offer is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the following documents:

- Brief information about the independent evaluation organization:

-Application letter from an independent evaluation organization;

- Information about the qualifications of the main experts who will conduct the assessment;

- The procedure and timing of the assessment;

- Commercial offer on the cost of the services provided;

- Draft contract for the provision of independent evaluation services.

The deadline for submission of tender documents is 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The term of the competition: Within 2 and 3 days after the proposals received from independent evaluation organizations.

The day of the competitive selection will be announced by the company in a separate letter.

Authorized representatives of independent evaluation organizations can participate in the competition.

Commercial offers for participation in the competition are accepted at:
