ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION FOR THE SELECTION OF AN AUDIT ORGANIZATION

Type of audit services: Conducting an external audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Period of financial and economic activity subject to audit: 2016.

Audit organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

- included in the list of audit organizations that have the right to conduct an external audit of enterprises with a stake (share) of the state in the authorized capital of more than 50% for the corresponding year, determined by the State Competition Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

- having a license to conduct audit activities issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and an insurance policy;

- have at least 3 years of experience in providing audit services and do not have negative reviews from companies.

The tender offer is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the following documents:

- Brief information about the audit organization:

- Letter of application of the audit organization;

- Copies of the audit license and insurance policy;

- Copies of the auditors ' qualification certificates;

- Copies of certificates of training centers of the republican professional associations of auditors, confirming the completion of the auditor's advanced training course, including International Standards on Auditing and International Financial Reporting Standards;

- Information confirming participation in the rating assessment of the activities of audit organizations.

- Commercial offer on the cost of the audit services provided;

- Draft contract for the provision of audit services.

The deadline for submission of tender documents is 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement.

The term of the competition: Within 2 and 3 days after the proposals received from the audit organizations.

The day of the competitive selection will be announced by the company in a separate letter.

Authorized representatives of audit organizations may participate in the competition.
