ANNOUNCES THE COMPETITION

BY SELECTING AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION

FOR QUARTERLY EVALUATION OF THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM  

Type of independent appraisal services: Conducting an independent quarterly appraisal of the corporate governance system of a joint stock company.

Period subject to independent assessment: 201 9 years - quarterly assessment. 

Independent appraisal organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

-         with experience in the field of corporate governance;

-         possessing certificates of training in corporate governance and the securities market;

-         having a qualification certificate of a corporate manager of the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance.

The tender proposal is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the following documents:

-          Brief information about the independent appraisal organization:

-          Letter of application from an independent appraisal organization;

-          Information about the qualifications of the main experts who will be conducting the assessment;

-          The procedure and timing of the assessment;

-          Commercial offer on the cost of annual and quarterly services provided;

-          Draft contract for the provision of quarterly independent appraisal services. 

The deadline for submitting competitive documents is 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement , until February 10, 2019.

Tender term : Within  5 days after the last deadline for submitting tender documents.

Commercial offers for participation in the competition are accepted at:
