ANNOUNCES COMPETITION FOR SELECTING AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION

FOR QUARTERLY EVALUATION

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEMS  

Type of independent appraisal services: Conducting an independent quarterly appraisal of the corporate governance system of a joint stock company in 2020.

Period subject to independent assessment: 2020 - quarterly assessment. 

Independent appraisal organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

-         with experience in the field of corporate governance;

-         possessing certificates of training in corporate governance and the securities market;

-         having a qualification certificate of a corporate manager of the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance.

The tender proposal is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the documents specified in the tender documentation (Appendix No. 1 to the announcement). The full version of the tender documentation is posted on the public services portal : https://exarid.uzex.uz/ .   

Bids will be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria in accordance with (Appendix No. 2) posted on the public services portal : https://exarid.uzex.uz/ .

The deadline for submitting competitive documents is 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement .

Tender term : Within 10 days after the last deadline for submitting tender documents.

qualification documents

1. Application for participation in the tender addressed to the chairman of the procurement commission (form No. 1).
2. Information about the qualifications of the main experts who will be, conducts the assessment.
3. Preliminary plan for the independent evaluation.
4. Copy of documents confirming the availability of practical experience in conducting an independent assessment.
5. Letter of guarantee according to form No. 2 to this tender documentation.
6. General information about the participant of the tender according to the form No. 3 to this tender documentation.
7. If it is impossible for the head of the organization (company) to attend the competition, you must provide a power of attorney ( form No. 4 ) addressed to the competent representative.

a) submission of tender documents;

b) attendance at meetings of the procurement commission;

c) clarification of questions regarding the technical and price part of the tender proposal, as well as other issues.

3. Draft contract for the provision of services.
