ANNOUNCES AN AUDITING ORGANIZATION COMPETITION  

Type of audit services: Conducting an audit of the financial and economic activities of the joint-stock company in 2019 .

The period of financial and economic activities subject to audit: 201 9 years. 

Auditing organizations are allowed to participate in the competition:

-         included in the list of audit organizations entitled to conduct an external audit of enterprises with a package of shares (stakes) of the state in the authorized capital of more than 50% for the corresponding year, determined by the State Competition Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

-         having a license for auditing, issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and an insurance policy;

-         have experience in the provision of audit services for at least 3 years and do not have negative feedback from enterprises.

The tender proposal is submitted in a sealed envelope and must contain the following documents:

-          Brief information about the audit organization: 

-          Letter of application from the audit organization;

-          Copies of the license to conduct audits and insurance policy;

-          Copies of auditors' qualification certificates;

-          Copies of certificates of training centers of republican professional associations of auditors, confirming that the auditor has completed an advanced training course, including in accordance with International Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards;

-          Information confirming participation in the rating assessment of the activities of audit organizations.

-          Commercial offer on the cost of the provided audit services;

-          Draft contract for the provision of audit services. 

The deadline for submitting competitive documents is 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement , until February 10, 2019.

Tender term : Within  5 days after the last deadline for submitting tender documents.
