on holding a competitive selection of candidates for members of the executive body

 for the position of the head of the foreign economic activity department of

JSC "BIOKIMYO"

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan №-356 dated April 26, 2019, "On Measures to Further Improve the System of State Assets Management", Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 6096 "On measures for accelerated reform of enterprises with the participation of the state and privatization of state assets ", the Code of Corporate Governance, the Charter of the Company and the Regulation on the organization and holding of a competitive selection process for the head and deputy heads in the executive body of BIOKIMYO JSC, approved by the minutes of the Supervisory Board dated June 27, 2019, JSC “BIOKIMYO", in order to attract foreign specialists, announces a competitive selection of candidates for members of the executive body for the position of head of the Service for Foreign Economic Activity.

            Qualified international specialists, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as citizens of foreign states are invited to participate in the competition.

Brief description: Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Service is a member of the executive body of BIOKIMYO JSC, providing strategic and executive recommendations on the company's foreign economic activity. The head of the service bears full responsibility for the management of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Provides guidance on foreign economic activity, attracting foreign investment and localizing production, developing proposals and measures for the development of progressive forms of foreign economic relations, scientific, technical and economic cooperation with foreign countries.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Supervises the development of proposals and measures for the development of progressive forms of foreign economic relations, scientific, technical and economic cooperation with foreign countries.
2. Establishes direct production and scientific and technical ties, solves issues of production and technical cooperation with enterprises and firms of other countries.
3. Develops a feasibility study for the establishment of direct production ties, the creation of joint ventures.
4. Carries out preparation and participates in negotiations with foreign companies.
5. Organizes, in accordance with the established procedure, the reception of representatives of foreign and domestic enterprises (firms) who have arrived to resolve issues related to foreign economic activity.
6. Develops recommendations for the development of new forms of foreign economic cooperation.
7. Organizes the collection, systematization, study and generalization of information materials on marketing; on the economic, sales and other activities of enterprises (firms) with which cooperation agreements have been concluded; preparation of abstracts and annotations, thematic reviews on the competitiveness of the products manufactured by the enterprise and the requirements for similar products in the world market.
8. Organizes work to increase the volume of export supplies, involve other types of goods and resources in the export.
9. Controls the implementation of contracts with foreign trade organizations for the supply of products for export and the supply of imported products by foreign companies.
10. Carries out coordination of the work of the enterprise in the field of foreign economic activity with the relevant republican departments.
11. Prepares information for the management of the enterprise on all issues of foreign economic relations.

A member of the executive body who is an international specialist must have the following qualities:

Understanding and supporting the goals and objectives of the company;

Represent company in duly cases;

Give advice and recommendations to the chairman of the company's executive body;

Commitment to the values of society, decency, responsibility, independent attitude;

Knowledge and experience in corporate governance, finance, marketing, import and export;

Education in the filed of international relations, trade and finance;

            Qualification Requirements:

            Higher education in the relevant specialty.

Have knowledge, skills and experience in the following areas:

- be an expert of the international category;

- in the field of enterprise management, financial management, internal control;

- in the field of corporate governance and management;

            Work experience in the field of foreign economic activity, at least 5 years.

            Work experience of at least 3 years in various managerial special positions.

            Knowledge of legislation, knowledge of regulatory documents and international requirements related to foreign economic activity, import and export.

Proposals and data of candidates for participation in the competition are provided in a sealed envelope, with an application on the outside of the envelope attached to the application for participation in the competition.
