In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders 'Rights", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan PCM-356 of 26.04.2019, "On measures to further improve the system of state assets management", Presidential Decrees No. 6096 "On measures to accelerate the reform of enterprises with state participation and the privatization of state assets", the Corporate Governance Code, The Charter of the company and the Regulations on the organization and holding of a competition for the head and deputy heads in the executive body of JSC "BIOKIMYO", approved by the minutes of the Supervisory Board of JSC "BIOKIMYO" dated June 27, 2019 in order to attract foreign specialists, announces a competitive selection of candidates for members of the executive body for the position of head of the Service for Foreign Economic Activity.

Qualified international specialists, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as citizens of foreign countries are invited to participate in the competition.

Brief description: Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Service, is a member of the executive body of JSC "BIOKIMYO", providing strategic and executive recommendations on the company's foreign economic activities. The head of the service is fully responsible for the management of the company's foreign economic activities. Provides guidance on issues of foreign economic activity, attracting foreign investment and localization of production, developing proposals and measures for the development of progressive forms of foreign economic relations, scientific, technical and economic cooperation with foreign countries.

Responsibilities and responsibilities:

Manages the development of proposals and measures for the development of progressive forms of foreign economic relations, scientific, technical and economic cooperation with foreign countries.
Establishes direct production and scientific and technical relations, solves issues of production and technical cooperation with enterprises and firms in other countries.
Develops a feasibility study for the establishment of direct production links, the creation of joint ventures.
Provides training and participates in negotiations with foreign companies.
Organizes, in accordance with the established procedure, the reception of representatives of foreign and domestic enterprises (firms) who have arrived to resolve issues related to foreign economic activity.
Develops recommendations for the development of new forms of foreign economic cooperation.
Organizes the collection, systematization, study and synthesis of information materials on marketing; on the economic, sales and other activities of enterprises (firms) with which cooperation agreements have been concluded; preparation of abstracts and annotations, thematic reviews on the competitiveness of products manufactured by the enterprise and the requirements for similar products on the world market.
Organizes work to increase the volume of export supplies, involve other types of goods and resources in the export.
Controls the execution of contracts with foreign trade organizations for the supply of products for export and the supply of products for import by foreign companies.
Coordinates the work of the enterprise in the field of foreign economic activity with the relevant republican departments.
Prepares information for the management of the enterprise on all issues of foreign economic relations.
A member of the executive body who is an international specialist must have the following qualities::

Understanding and supporting the goals and objectives of the society;

Represent the interests of the company as a representative of the company at the right time and in the necessary cases;

Give advice and recommendations to the chairman of the company's executive body;

Commitment to the values of society, decency, responsibility, independent attitude;

Knowledge and experience in corporate governance, finance, marketing, import and export;

Education in international relations;

Qualification requirements:

- have a higher education;

Possess knowledge, skills and experience in the following areas:

- be an expert of the international category;

- in the field of enterprise management, financial management, internal control;

- in the field of corporate governance and management;

Know the normative legal acts issued by the current law, decrees, decisions and other state bodies;

Must have 5 years of experience in the field of foreign economic activity, import and export, and at least 3 years of experience in management bodies.

Knowledge of legislation, relevant investment and innovation regulations, and international legislation.

The deadline for holding the tender is within 5 working days after the deadline for submitting the tender documents.

Proposals and data of candidates for participation in the competition are provided in a sealed envelope, with an application for participation in the competition attached on the outside of the envelope.
