ATTENTION TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF JSC "BIOKIMYO"!

The General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "BIOKIMYO" on June 28, 2016 decided to pay dividends in the amount of 3,500 soums per share.

The form of payment of dividends is carried out by transferring funds to a bank account and by transferring funds to a plastic card.

JSC "BIOKIMYO" made the payment of dividends in full and in time until August 27, 2016.

Dividends to 330 (three hundred and thirty) shareholders in the amount of 88,452,000 (eighty-eight million four hundred and fifty-two thousand) soums were sent on August 26, 2016 by postal order to the following addresses.

The dividends are returned by mail to the settlement account of JSC "BIOKIMYO" with an indication of the reason for the return (absence of the addressee or with the death of the shareholder).

JSC "BIOKIMYO" continues to pay unclaimed dividends.
